I have been respectfully called an artist, a scrum master, a musician, an experienced digital producer, a tote-bag fabricator, a developer, a front-end engineer, a technology native, a seamster, a live music performer, an event producer, a success coach, a product manager, a festival executive producer, a copy writer, a photographer, a digital designer, a sculptor, a developer, a creative coder, a release train engineer, an agile coach, a project manager, a brand manager and strategist, an audio engineer, a sound designer, a mastering engineer, and an expert delivery facilitator.
Product management and delivery
While at 22 Squared I championed for then lead the team that developed and executed user testing for Toyota’s “regional” landing pages, netting learnings that when implemented yielded increasing lead conversion on the site by 2x (200%).
While at Meta I optimized the production workflows for voice production data capture, increasing team bandwidth and allowing us to level up the quality and the speed of the captures. Additionally, I setup and scripted a version of the internal project management tool to accommodate the files and workflows for production on all of the “voice product” builds needed for the various application-specific Voice Assistant QA processes. Builds were for Oculus, Portal, Instagram, Facebook blue etc.
While at ThinkINC servicing the PGi account I held the client to account, making sure all work requested was done as asked, and that the client paid for the changes and divergent pathways that our client-partner had for us. It was a test of my mettle as a Project Manager as it kept me on my toes, always creating new change orders, creating new schedules that take new deliverables into account, and shifting workaround to accommodate requests while also making everyone happy. The never-ending agency/client work-retainer shuffle.
I had the opportunity to work on products for American Express several times, once for a hyper-fast production cycle for something called an ‘influencer portal’ while at Momentum, and another time for a process-a-sized email marketing company that handled the automated creation and deployment of personalized emails to over 2,000,000 members monthly. 2,000,000 emails a month. No sweat.

Agile Coach and Scrum Master
While at A&E Television Networks my team produced the network’s premier suite of subscription video on demand apps (SVOD) in under a year, with a full suite of features such as offline viewing, saved movies, resume play, sharing with a friend, for both apps across all platforms simultaneously — The History Vault and Lifetime Movie Club for tvOS, iOS, Android, Roku, the web, and mobile web — a web of 12 different experiences all sharing a single code base.
Extending this passion for the merger of technology and the arts I have dedicated myself to teaching others how to make the most of technology, focusing on Product Development Coaching, and specifically the Scrum and the Agile framework.
In this context I am an expert “Digital Delivery Facilitator” with experience as an Executive Producer, Digital Producer, Musician, Mastering Engineer, Audio and Sound Producer, Podcast Producer, Product Manager, Brand Manager, Experiential and Event Producer, SAFe Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
In addition to music production, I was co-founder of the BAP and BAPLAB series of art and music events held in NYC in 2005 and 2006, drawing over 3000 people to Brooklyn to experience 120 new media artists and musicians. Read about it HERE.

Influenced by microsound, glitch, techno, new wave, idm, and industrial, I produce and releases under a variety of monikers. These monikers include the post-modern digital-futurist dance music of Isomer Transition, the brooding, somber, and sometimes challenging experimental sounds of ‘Richard J Valeo’, and the uplifting, meditative, and sublimely spiritual melodies of ‘RJ Valeo’.
